These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WazTalk mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using WazTalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. About WazTalk
WazTalk is a mood-based social networking platform designed to help users connect through emotions, conversations, shared interests, and social interactions.
WazTalk provides social features including:

Feel Drop posts
Mood tracking features
User profiles
Social reactions
Location-aware discovery features
WazTalk is intended for social and entertainment purposes only.
WazTalk is not:
A medical service
A mental health service
A therapy platform
A dating guarantee service
A crisis response service
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use WazTalk.
If local laws require parental or guardian consent for minors, you represent that such consent has been obtained.
You may not use WazTalk if:
You are prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
Your account has previously been suspended or terminated

3. User Accounts

Mood matching is experimental and entertainment-focused

WazTalk does not guarantee:
Emotional compatibility
Relationship outcomes
Friendship outcomes
User intentions
Psychological suitability
Mood-related features should not be interpreted as professional psychological analysis.
5. Location Features
WazTalk may offer location-aware and distance-based features.
These may include:
Nearby user discovery
Distance-based matching
Check-ins
Local Feel Drops
Place tagging
Location-based recommendations
By enabling location permissions, you consent to the processing of location information as described in the Privacy Policy.
WazTalk does not guarantee:
Location accuracy
Real-time availability
User proximity accuracy
User safety during offline interactions
Users are responsible for exercising caution when sharing locations or meeting others.
6. Community Rules
Users must behave respectfully and lawfully.
You may not use WazTalk to:

Threaten others
Bully users

Because WazTalk may be used by Gen Z users and younger audiences allowed under local law, WazTalk applies additional safety measures.

Super Likes
Premium filters
Priority exposure
Message extensions
Chat recovery
Profile enhancements
Pricing, billing terms, and subscription features may change over time.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

12. Intellectual Property
All rights related to WazTalk, except user-generated content, remain the property of WazTalk or its licensors.

Brand assets
Logos
UI designs
Graphics
Software
Algorithms
Animations
Characters

any part of the Services without written permission.
